3. Process
3.1 If an order is not accepted, it may be for one of the following reasons
- The product you have ordered is unavailable from stock.
- We are unable to obtain authorization for your payment.
- You have not met the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main terms and conditions.
3.2 After your order has passed through our security checks we will send you a confirmation email detailing the exact order that we have received.
3.3 If there are any problems with your order, we contact you by email.
4. Delivery
4.1 Goods supplied within Malaysia will normally be delivered within 14 days once the payment is cleared.
4.2 Your order will be packed and dispatched, provided:
- The item you have chosen is in stock
- The delivery address has been verified
- Payment has been approved or cleared
4.3 Living Tapestry will send you an initial email confirming receipt of your order, then a further email confirming that your order has been dispatched along with your shipping/courier reference number.
4.4 Title and risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the Goods
5. Rights of Living Tapestry
5.1 Living Tapestry reserves the rights to adjust the price and specification of any item on the Website at its discretion.
5.2 Living Tapestry reserves the right to withdraw any goods from the Website at any time.
5.3 Living Tapestry shall not be liable to anyone for withdrawing any Goods from the Website or for refusing to process an order.
5.4 Living Tapestry shall be entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time, but this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by the Buyer upon making a purchase.

7.1 The individual hand-made nature of many of the items, means there may be slight variations in size or colour, making it unique to you. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on this website are correct when the information is entered into the system.
7.2 We aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, but the information, including products descriptions may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order
8. Payment Options
8.1 Direct Debit
- Either through online or ATM machine to Living Tapestry Trading Maybank account. Once you make a purchase the account number will revealed to the purchaser.
8.2 Cash On Delivery
- We will have located two pick up point for COD(Cash On Delivery). KLCC on every Monday and One Utama on every Thursday
